Job Description
Are you a strategic operations professional who thrives on driving team performance and business growth? Join JLL's APAC Data Centre, Capital Markets team as an Operations & Marketing Manager and become the central hub supporting operational excellence and strategic execution across the region.
What You'll Do:
Executive Support & Administration
Provide comprehensive executive assistance including calendar management, travel coordination, and diary management for senior leadership.
Support internal reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of key business updates.
Perform administrative duties with strong attention to detail, managing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Strategic Operations & Business Support
Support the execution and coordination of strategic plans across the APAC Data Centre team.
Work closely with leadership to implement and maintain internal DC team procedures and best-practice processes in line with Capital Markets.
Own data integrity across Salesforce CRM - maintaining accurate deal, client, and pipeline records that leadership relies on for reporting and decision-making.
Play a critical role in aligning regional and local capital markets operations with broader business objectives,



improving delivery excellence and supporting sustainable growth.
Marketing & Event Management
Plan and execute marketing initiatives and events that drive market presence and team engagement.
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including client presentations, team events, and external networking opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency and measure engagement to maximize efficiency of spend.
Business Operations & Process Excellence
Ensure consistent adoption of JLL platforms, systems, and tools across the team.
Champion standardisation and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Support financial processes including expense reconciliation and invoice management when required.
Project Coordination & Team Culture
Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
Foster positive team culture and collaboration across the APAC Data Centre, Capital Markets team.
Support onboarding processes and knowledge sharing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements
5+ years' experience in operations, executive assistant, or business support roles
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent organisational and project management skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong time management and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail




Self-starter with continuous drive for efficiency and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate, property, or professional services
Experience supporting C-suite or regional leadership teams in a matrixed organisation
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams)
Event planning and coordination experience, including client-facing and multi-market events
Understanding of marketing and communications best practice, including brand governance and campaign execution
Confident using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to accelerate research, drafting, and reporting

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Collaborative team player with ability to work with diverse stakeholders across regions

Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in an APAC environment
