Aircraft Cabin Cleaners - Darwin Airport
We have an exciting opportunity for a
PermanentPart Time,
versatile cleanerto join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Darwin Airport.
The Cleaner is responsible for performing all Aviation Cleaning functions on a shift basis (in accordance with training and qualifications).

What you'll be doing
Cleaning of aircraft and corporate offices
Cabin services (internal aircraft cleaning and cabin dressing)
Following quarantine procedures
Has operational contact with client representatives
Has operational contact with Security, Airport Owners/Operators
Has operational contact with cargo, catering, engineering and other service providers
Works closely with the Ramp Service teams
Works proactively to identify and resolve any issues that may affect, delay or hamper a flight. Communicates these issues in a timely manner to the senior on site
Administration services
Use computer skills to retrieve, print and enter data regarding flights
What we need from you
Ability to work safely and follow directions
Dangerous Goods Awareness training (will be provided by Menzies)
Valid Driver's License
Maintains a valid license for applicable tarmac vehicles




Experience in all aspect of tarmac operations
Knowledge of aviation legislation is an advantage
Understanding of the role of key bodies at airports (eg AQIS, Customers, Immigration, Security, Airport owners/operators etc)
Sound computer skills
Experience in using ground to air radios; a Flight Radio Telephone Operator License would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills to liaise with all personnel involved in Menzies operations
Is calm and controlled when working under pressure
