Veterinary Technician or Cert 4 Veterinary Nurse
Our patient caseload is growing, and we're ready to grow our clinical team with it.
We're looking for a Full-time Veterinary Technician or Qualified Veterinary Nurse to join us at Bottle Tree Vets.
When we opened Bottle Tree Vets just over two years ago, we had a clear idea of the clinic we wanted to create. A place where we provide great small animal veterinary care, look after every pet like they were our own, genuinely care for their people, and are always looking for ways to do things just a little bit better.
Two years on, our team, caseload and services have grown, we've learnt a lot along the way, and we're really proud of the little clinic BTV has become.
Now we're ready to grow again.
We're looking for a Veterinary Technician or Qualified Veterinary Nurse who takes pride in doing things well and loves being part of a team.
At BTV, we look after pets and their people. So we're looking for someone who cares about their patients, but also enjoys talking to clients, building rapport and helping people feel comfortable when they're worried about their pet.
We want our nurses and technicians to use their skills, ask questions, contribute ideas and keep learning.
We work collaboratively at BTV. Our vets, nurses, technicians, liaisons and concierges have different roles, but we're one team. We talk things through, share ideas, ask for help, and work together to look after our patients and clients.
As a nurse or technician,



you're an significant part of that team and of your patients' care. You might be admitting a patient for surgery, monitoring an anaesthetic, caring for a hospital patient, assisting with a procedure, or talking an owner through what's happening and what they need to know when their pet goes home.
We want our nurses and technicians nursing, and we want them to feel like an important part of the team.
There's plenty happening at BTV and plenty more that we want to do. As we grow, we want to make sure we continue having the time, people and resources to provide the standard of care our patients deserve.
We want every pet who comes through our doors to be treated like they were our own, and their people to feel looked after too.
A little bit about us
We're a small animal clinic, and we don't do after-hours or weekends.
We think you should be able to do a job you're proud of, and still have a life outside of work.
We're always looking for ways to improve too. Feedback is a normal part of how we work. We talk about what's working, what isn't, ask questions, share ideas, and try to do things a little bit better than we did before.
We're looking for someone who's kind, motivated, happy to pitch in and enjoys being part of a team.
We're really proud of what we've built at Bottle Tree Vets, and excited about what comes next.
We're going to do the application process a little differently.
