Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Boilermaker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, including cutting, welding and assembling metal structures. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques and the ability to read, interpret and work from General Arrangement drawings and specifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for construction, assembly, and repair work on heavy machinery, underground mining equipment, consumables and parts.
Work/Life Balance rosters available, day shift only, with a flexible roster of 4 x 10-hour shifts (Mon - Thurs / Tues - Fri 6am - 4pm) and 5-day roster (7:30am to 4pm Mon-Thurs, 7:30am - 1:30pm Fri)
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components
Read and interpret General Arrangement drawings and technical drawings
Operate welding and cutting equipment
Perform quality checks on finished products
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fabricator
Proficiency in welding and metalworking techniques
Ability to read and interpret General Arrangement and technical drawings
Robust attention to detail and quality
Excellent problem-solving skills
