Amora Herencia Riverwalk Melbourne is a four-and-a-half-star hotel located on the picturesque banks of the Yarra River in Richmond. Part of the Amora Hotels & Resorts Group, with properties across Australia and Thailand, the hotel features 157 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, including 45 stylish recent rooms added as part of a recent expansion. Our restaurant operates Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner seven days a week, complemented by two bars and 15 versatile conference and banquet spaces, making Amora Herencia Riverwalk Melbourne a dynamic and rewarding hospitality environment.
About the Role
We are currently seeking Casual and Part Time Guest Service Agentsto join our Front Office Team.
Your warm and welcoming smile, positive can-do attitude and a willingness toensure that our guests have the most memorable stay are allattributes that come naturally to you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Check-inand Check-outour guests, making the process feel swift and seamless
Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
Assisting with general guest enquiries
Guest services including concierge and porter
Staying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations




Maintaining accurate accounts
Ensure allofour guests have a memorable experience at our great hotel
What we're looking for
Exceptionalguests service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to use initiative and ability to solve problems
A hands-on approach and to be adaptable to workplace situations
Team orientated
Great organizational skills
A friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent presentation and grooming
Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster with various shifts including occasional Night shift
Ideally, with previous Hotel Front Office experience
Previous experience with Opera PMS will be highly regarded.
