We're looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our stores from mid‐October through to the end of January.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Seasonal Casual, you'll help create memorable in-store experiences for our customers:
Support Customers – Provide a friendly in-store experience, help customers find products, and connect them with team members when needed
Keep Things Flowing – Replenish stock, assist with deliveries, maintain store presentation, and help prepare customer orders
Follow Safety & Compliance – Work safely, follow store policies, and report any risks or hazards
Be Flexible – Work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the festive rush

A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions

Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals

Experience in a similar retail environment
Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
