FULL-TIME GENERAL HAND – SOUTH WINDSOR
Looking for a proper full-time job with consistent hours, job security and somewhere you can actually grow.
We're looking for a reliable General Hand to join a busy manufacturing business in South Windsor.
The work itself is straightforward: wrapping pallets, loading and unloading trucks, sweeping, keeping the factory tidy and helping the team wherever needed.
You don't need years of experience. What matters more is that you turn up, work hard, have a good attitude and want to be part of a solid team.
What's on offer:
$28–$30/hr + super
Full time permanent role
Annual leave and personal/sick leave
Consistent daytime hours, Monday to Friday
Strong job security with steady ongoing work
A busy company with no sign of slowing down
Real room to grow if you put the work in and have ambition
This is the sort of business where if you show you're reliable, capable and want more responsibility, there's room for you to move up rather than stay stuck doing the same thing forever.
If you're after stable work, consistent hours and somewhere you can build something longer term,
