What you'll be doing
Managing a consistent volume of family law matters across Divorce & Separation, Property Settlements, Children's Matters, and Financial Agreements
Working closely with senior practitioners who provide real mentorship and guidance
Building confidence in negotiations, drafting, client strategy and court work
Stepping up as you're ready - with plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility,



and develop your earning capacity while you do it
Contributing to a team culture that values kindness, professionalism and growth
You will have:
2–5 years PAE in family law
A genuine desire to build your capability and move your career forward, where your effort is recognised and rewarded - professionally and financially.
Robust communication, empathy and a steady approach with clients
A willingness to learn, take feedback and be part of a supportive team
