Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will manage allocated submissions from commencement to lodgement, including establishing submission plans, compliance matrices and review schedules, coordinating contributors across business functions, and ensuring every evaluation criterion is identified and addressed. You will translate bid strategy into a cohesive submission narrative, drive internal reviews and capture reusable content and lessons from completed submissions to lift the quality of each successive bid.
What you will do:
Lead allocated submissions end to end, from initial bid review and submission planning through to final lodgement
Establish submission plans,



compliance matrices and review schedules to keep every deadline and requirement on track
Develop persuasive, client-focused written content including executive summaries, methodologies and project examples
Coordinate contributors across operational, commercial, technical and corporate teams, managing review cycles and holding stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines
Interpret tender documentation and evaluation criteria to identify and address all requirements, escalating risks, information gaps and delays early
Capture reusable content and lessons from completed submissions to continuously lift the quality of each bid cycle
What you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in bid, tender, proposal or submission writing and coordination, ideally within civil construction, infrastructure, or engineering
Advanced writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, client-focused language
Robust project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines simultaneously
Experience interpreting tender documentation, evaluation criteria and client requirements
Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
