Regis Aged Care is hiring experienced Registered Nurses to lead clinical care across our homes in Victoria. You will work with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure protected, person-centred support for residents, developing and delivering care plans in line with standards.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor health, manage risks, and contribute to quality initiatives while supporting the team to maintain best practice across the Home.
