Reporting to the General Manager and sitting with the Executive Leadership Group, you'll shape workforce strategy, performance, development and engagement across *******+ staff.
You'll lead culture, systems, onboarding, reporting and compliance, while remaining hands-on on site and in the executive table discussions as the business grows.
