About the Role
The Behaviour Support Practitioner | NDIS Clinician plays a fundamental role as part of Humanity Health Group. You will join a passionate and dedicated multidisciplinary team of Provisional Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and NDIS Clinicians delivering high-quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants. You will support participants to achieve greater wellbeing, independence and autonomy while working collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
In this role, you will:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, NDIS compliance and professional practice.
Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice
Contribute to providing efficient and timely services as required
About You
You are a passionate Behaviour Support & NDIS Clinician who upholds the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and AHPRA registration
BSP Registered Practitioners or eligible to gain registration with the NDIS Commission.
Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required
Current Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).
