Key responsibilities
Parking Patrol Officers are responsible for providing a safe and healthy Council area by conducting effective and efficient patrols of zones with parking restrictions, issuing Penalty Notices or warnings for breaches, and supporting broader compliance activities.
Conduct proactive patrols of regulated parking areas.
Monitor and report amenity issues including dumped rubbish, obstructions, and abandoned items.
Provide professional customer service to community members and stakeholders.
What you need
Customer service experience in a challenging or high?volume environment.
Computer literacy and advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow established work practices and procedural guidelines.
