We're partnering with an established, Australian-owned integrated services provider delivering grounds maintenance, cleaning and trades services to government, commercial and strata clients nationwide. The business is known for its values-driven culture and its career pathways for ex-Defence and Emergency Services personnel.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, you'll take full ownership of a service delivery unit and lead it through its next phase of growth, with accountability for a large multi-site workforce, client outcomes and financial results. This is a hands‐on executive role for a commercially sharp leader who thrives on building structure and scaling teams.
Key Responsibilities
Scale the business unit to full capacity and consistent performance
Manage service delivery, scheduling and workforce planning across multiple regions
Drive productivity and margin through disciplined operational management
Build solid relationships with government, strata and commercial clients
Oversee invoicing, reporting and backlog management to protect cashflowRecruit and develop frontline leaders and coordinators
Ensure WHS, quality, environmental and audit compliance
About You
3–5+ years' senior leadership in facilities management, field services or service delivery
Experience leading distributed workforces of 100+ staff (essential)
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of scaling teams and improving systems
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
ISO and audit experience advantageous; Defence or Emergency Services background highly regarded
Australian citizenship required
