We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our High Wycombe facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead supervisors and production teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes while ensuring production targets, schedules, and customer expectations are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence performance, develop people, improve processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading modular manufacturers. You'll play a key role in building production capability, developing supervisors, and embedding lean manufacturing principles that drive operational excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire supervisors and production teams to achieve exceptional safety, quality, and operational results.
Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and legislative requirements.
Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
Optimise workforce, plant, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to maximise productivity.
Develop, coach,



and mentor supervisors, tradespeople, apprentices, and future leaders to build capability and create a high-performing team culture.
Monitor operational performance through reporting, KPIs, workforce planning, and compliance management.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to support site performance and broader business objectives.

You are a proven manufacturing or construction leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and achieving operational results. You're an approachable coach who builds capability in supervisors, creates accountability, and empowers teams to achieve strong operational outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating protected, productive workplaces where people can perform at their best.
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience leading manufacturing, production, construction, or industrial operations.
Demonstrated success managing supervisors, tradespeople, and production teams.
Robust knowledge of safety leadership, quality management, and operational performance.




Experience managing production schedules, resources, and site priorities.
Experience driving lean manufacturing, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
A commitment to continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams.
