Warehouse Manager Fast-Growing Ecommerce & Retail Brand
You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our warehouse. This is not a desk-only management position. You will be comfortable running the warehouse floor, leading the team, solving problems and getting involved when required.
Key responsibilities
Managing the warehouse and dispatch team
Daily picking, packing and dispatch performance
Rostering and managing warehouse labour
Receiving containers and inbound stock
Stock put-away and warehouse organisation
Inventory accuracy and cycle counts
Coordinating wholesale and retail orders
Ensuring major retail orders are prepared accurately and on time
Managing returns, damages and stock discrepancies
About you
Previous warehouse management or senior warehouse leadership experience
Highly organised and process driven
Comfortable managing and holding a team accountable
Understands inventory control
Can work in a fast-moving environment
Looks for ways to improve processes rather than simply maintaining them
Comfortable using warehouse and inventory software
Strong attention to detail
Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems is key. Experience with Cin7, Shopify, Shippit or similar platforms would be highly regarded.
