Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring both tenants and landlords receive exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your property management expertise, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of our growing company.
Key responsibilities
Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections (with assistance) and coordinate maintenance and repair work
Initial PCR's outsourced
Market and lease vacant properties
Ensure all tenancy documentation is completed accurately and on time
Manage rent collection and arrears
Resolve tenancy issues and disputes in a professional and timely manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
Robust organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Current Property Management Registration or Unrestricted Real Estate Registration
Minimum 6 months of real estate industry experience
Experience or knowledge in property marketing, including digital marketing, social media and online advertising, would be highly regarded but is not essential
Familiarity with PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, other property management technology and digital platforms would be an advantage but is not essential
Mandarin speaking is advantageous but not essential
