Purchasing Coordinator/Customer Service – variety plus!
The Company
Our Client is a well-established business with a solid reputation in importing, marketing and distributing premium global brands. In recent years they have experienced phenomenal growth and are looking forward to increasing their close-knit friendly team.
The Role
You will be working with the Supply Chain team in placing orders with suppliers and managing the arrival dates as well as working with the Customer Service team ensuring orders are processed and stock is delivered on time!
Duties/Responsibilities
Prepare and issue purchase orders
Liaison with suppliers regarding stock availability, order status, lead times and delivery
Monitor and track orders coordinating and managing deliveries
Identify and assist with supply chain issues, shipment delays and returns
Update and maintain orders, supplier information and records in CRM




Manage supplier documentation ensuring records are up to date and accurate
Assist with processing customers orders working collaboratively with customer service team
Reconcile shipment documentation against purchase orders and supplier invoices
Skills/Requirements
High attention to detail
Great communication and organisation
Valuable written and verbal communication
Intermediate skills Word / Excel
