Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Convention Centre is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our main kitchen and elevate our culinary operation across Sola Restaurant, room service, banquets and events.
This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day kitchen operations, develops the team, ensures food quality and presentation, and collaborates with the Executive Chef and the broader Food & Beverage leadership group to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
