Marist180 is seeking a House Manager to lead our Residential Care program in Orange, NSW. This permanent full-time role involves on-site leadership, safeguarding youth, staff supervision, and coordinating operations, budgeting, and care planning within a trauma-informed framework.
You will work closely with clinicians and HR to support young people and staff, delivering a stable, healing workplace and compliant, respectful service delivery.
