Service Advisor - Luxury BMW & MINI Dealership (Full-Time)
Waverley BMW (part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group) is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a premium dealership environment and knows how to deliver a standout customer experience from booking to handover.

The role
As a Service Advisor, you'll own the end-to-end service journey and be the key point of contact for customers.
Key responsibilities
Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from arrival to collection.
Explain recommended work, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.




Liaise with technicians and coordinate repairs to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Order parts and provide proactive customer updates throughout the day.
Prepare repair orders, job cards, and invoices with strong attention to detail.
Help uphold BMW standards and deliver a premium after-sales experience.
About you
To be successful, you'll have:
Proven Service Advisor experience in a premium or high-volume dealership (essential)
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
Excellent organisation and time management in a fast-moving environment.
Confidence using dealership management systems and digital tools.
A calm, professional approach and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
