Ventia is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join our Rigs and Wells Services. The casual, ongoing role is based out of Toowoomba with a handover day in the office before visiting remote sites to support operations and deliver high safety standards.
You will mentor crews, promote safe work practices in a fast-paced setting, identify hazards, conduct ICAM investigations where applicable, and help drive continuous safety improvements. A strong safety background is essential.
