You will recruit and direct Educators, build a secure and engaging learning environment, and partner with our Head Office to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional child wellbeing.
You will oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and quality practice while driving community relationships and continuous improvement to meet National Quality Standards.
