What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating and conducting rental open for inspections
Processing tenancy applications
Preparing new tenancies
Marketing rental properties and contributing to office marketing initiatives
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
Managing general administration tasks
What We're Looking For:
A current
Agent's Representative Certificate
A reliable
vehicle and driver's licence
Ability to work
Saturdays
A polished, professional appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, confident, and approachable manner
Strong computer and administrative skills
High attention to detail and time management
A solid work ethic and commitment to reliability and punctuality
A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to grow within the Property Management field
