Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a large, well-established GP Clinic? Are you looking for a permanent role within a supportive team that genuinely values Respect, Teamwork, Professionalism, Integrity and Compassion?
We are currently partnered with a large, well-established GP Clinic in Kiara, Western Australia, who are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy multidisciplinary clinic, working alongside 26 GPs, visiting Allied Health professionals, 5 Nurses, a Head Nurse and 2 Practice Managers.

The successful Nurse will work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, providing high-quality nursing care while becoming an integral part of the wider clinical team.
The Role
Immunisations and vaccinations
Wound care and dressings
Health assessments and care plans
Chronic disease management
ECGs and spirometry
Pathology collection
Assisting with minor procedures
Infection control and sterilisation
Cold chain management
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Supporting GPs with day-to-day clinical requirements
Providing patient education and ongoing clinical support
Using Best Practice clinical software
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse




Previous experience working within General Practice / Primary Healthcare
Experience across core Practice Nursing duties including immunisations, wound care, health assessments and chronic disease management
Experience using Best Practice software is highly desirable
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ability to work confidently within a busy, multidisciplinary clinic
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A cooperative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a wider clinical team

Credentialling Requirements
Current AHPRA registration
National Police Check - issued within the last 12 months
Working With Children Check (WA)
Current First Aid / CPR / BLS
Nursing qualification / degree certificate
100 points of ID

What's on Offer?
$80,000 - $85,000 per annum + Super, depending on experience
Permanent full-time employment
Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
