Crystal Pools is looking for a reliable and detail orientated Accounts Officer to join our team. This is a full time, office-based position reporting to the Finance Director.
Based in Thornleigh, you will be a key part of the Finance team responsible for managing all accounts payable and banking functions, collaborating with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely customer billing, and supporting the Finance team to ensure accurate Financial Accounts.
The Job:
Processing of daily, weekly & monthly invoices including management of supporting documentation & invoice authorisation
Reconciliation of supplier statements and follow up of discrepancies
Management of subcontractor insurances, workers compensation & subcontractor statements.
Managing residential accounts receivable including invoicing and final account summaries
Bank and credit card reconciliations - daily & monthly
Customer and supplier system management




Management of Home Owners Warranty insurance for residential jobs including application, completion and ongoing reconciliation
Ad hoc task and projects as required
Your Background:
3+ years Accounts Officer/Accounts Payable experience
Xero experience preferred but not essential
Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team
Building industry experience will be well regarded
Positive personality with ability to fit into a small, friendly but focussed office team
Additional Requirements:
Highly organised- you must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel & Word.
Be able to liaise and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers and suppliers
