We are looking for motivated and safety-focused Machine Operator & Forklift Driver to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products to our customers.
What You'll Bring
Valid Forklift Licence
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality-focused workplace
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to use computer-based systems for machine operation and process data entry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work a rotating 4 on 4 off rosters:
2 x 12-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm)
2 x 12-hour night shifts (6:00pm - 6:00am)
What You'll Be Doing
Operating concrete mixing, stacking and splitting machinery
Setting up moulds, tooling and machine fixtures
Adjusting grinding and cutting equipment
Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and performance targets are achieved




Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specification requirements
Following production schedules and meeting operational targets
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Performing manual handling tasks as required
Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment
Following all WHS policies, procedures and safety standards
