The Role:
Support and learn from an experienced Strata Manager, with hands-on training and structured induction
Assist with end to end management of a portfolio across a diverse range of Bodies Corporate
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working closely with trades and external service providers
Build strong relationships with internal teams, owners, committee members, and stakeholders
Assist with risk and insurance requirements, including annual fire safety inspections and insurance renewals
Progressively take ownership of a small strata portfolio as part of your development into a Strata Manager
The Candidate must possess:
Experience in Real Estate or Property desirable
A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent presentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
