Civeo Australia are seeking a highly experienced FIFO Catering Manager to lead our WA Operations on a full-time basis, flying from Perth on an 8:6 roster. You will oversee onsite catering across our WA camps, ensuring service quality and compliance in a high-volume environment.
Requirements include a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade, proven FIFO leadership, budgeting and cost control expertise, HACCP and WHS compliance, and robust stakeholder management.
