BlueCare Arundel is seeking a Residential Rostering Officer to coordinate base rosters, shifts, and payroll using Kronos. You'll manage rosters, reallocate shifts, handle leave and exceptions, and keep staff informed of allocations.
This full-time role requires solid communication, solid computer skills, and payroll exposure. You'll work in a busy environment within UnitingCare, delivering accurate schedules and timely payroll sign-off while supporting diverse teams.
