We are currently seeking an experienced
Quality Engineer
to join an EPC delivering a major utility-scale
Solar + BESS
project in regional NSW.
This is a site-based contract opportunity working across the construction phase of a large renewable energy project, ensuring quality standards, project specifications and QA/QC processes are maintained across site.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain project QA/QC systems and processes
Conduct inspections, audits and quality checks across site activities
Develop, review and manage ITPs, checklists and quality documentation
Ensure construction works comply with project specifications, drawings and relevant standards
Manage NCRs, corrective actions and quality close-out
Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Maintain accurate QA records and reporting




Support quality assurance through construction and commissioning activities
About You
Previous experience as a QA Engineer / Quality Engineer on major construction or infrastructure projects
Experience within solar, BESS, renewables, civil, electrical or industrial projects
Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, inspections and NCR management
Ability to work independently in a site-based environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
Relevant engineering, construction or quality qualifications
