About You:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse, Care Coordinator, or Care Manager (with at least 2 years in aged care)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
A genuine commitment to supporting residents to live their way with dignity and grace
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compassionate and Empathetic nature
