SA Health is seeking an empathetic care support worker to assist with daily living tasks in line with individual care plans. You will help with personal care, nutrition, hygiene, dressing and mobility while maintaining dignity and safety.
You'll collaborate with clients, carers and nursing staff to respond to changing needs, while applying sound admin skills and using Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and coordinate care across shifts.
