About your prospect:
In this position you will...
Provide advanced, effective and efficient clinical care within the rehabilitation, GEMS and psychogeriatric specialty, to ensure the maintenance of safe standards in patient care.
Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate patient care activities at an advanced practitioner level.
Undertake quality improvement and evidence-based practice and participate in a dedicated portfolio.
