A unique family-owned and operated Aged Care service provider with two locations in metropolitan Adelaide is seeking an experienced Quality and Risk Manager to join their team.
Requirements
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for driving strategies to meet and comply with Aged Care guidelines and standards. You will advise and monitor accreditation processes, quality improvement, risk management, and compliance. You will play an integral role within this senior aged care management team that puts service delivery to meet resident focussed care at the forefront of their business operations.

The Requirements:
Hold current registration with AHPRA.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Aged Care industry.
Demonstrate Quality, Compliance, and Clinical Governance experience.




Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process.
Excellent understanding of the quality assurance and auditing process.
Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment is vital.
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid national police clearance.

Should be innovative, digitally savvy with a knowledge of technology and be proficient in and have knowledge or be willing to learn the electronic resident care planning system.
