Lakeview Senior College in Caroline Springs, a Victorian government secondary school, seeks a Careers staff member to help students shape pathways into further education, training or employment aligned with their interests and strengths.
Working within the Pathways and Transition team, you will collaborate with Year 11 and SWAN students, Year Level Coordinators, families and external partners to document plans, track destinations and provide timely guidance.
