McMahon Services is seeking a experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to lead civil, demolition and remediation projects from our Darwin NT operations. The role is based in Darwin with relocation assistance available, not FIFO, and involves coordinating crews, plans, safety and project delivery across multiple fronts.
You will work closely with Project Managers and operational leaders to keep projects moving, mentor site crews and maintain a strong safety culture on site in a challenging workplace.
