Benefits
Earn up to $600,000 AUD (approximately £320,000) a year as an experienced GP, based on the current fee split.

GPs who commit to full-time evening and weekend shifts for two years qualify for an additional 5% profit share, or an equivalent bonus, from year three.
A guaranteed minimum of $150 AUD (approximately £80) an hour or 70% of billings, whichever is greater, for your first three months.
Work as an independent contractor with clinical autonomy over your own patient list,

Appointment times reviewed to suit your pace, from the standard 10 minutes up to 15 or 20 minutes where needed.
A relocation allowance of $14,000 to $15,000 AUD (approximately £7,500 to £8,000) towards your move from the UK.
Visa sponsorship provided, with the flexibility to use your own visa agent if you prefer.
Airport pickup and help finding accommodation on arrival, personally arranged by the practice owner.

Skills and Requirements
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List or registered with the AMC and RACGP.
MRCGP or equivalent qualifications.
Level 3 GP status, requiring only remote supervision.
Willingness to commit to a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
