The Role:
There is a great opportunity for a Property Lawyer (at least 4 years PAE)to join our friendly and dynamic Property Team.
Excellent communication skills and experience inproperty law transactionsincluding conveyancing required.
The following skills are essential:
The ability to handle a high volume of both acquisition and sales of residential property with the support of a property paralegal and junior property lawyer.
Experience with acquisition and sale of commercial property.
Familiar with FIRB rules.
Land subdivision.
Familiar with GST and CGT withholding requirements.
Hands-on experience using PEXA and Duties Online.
Working knowledge of LEAP an advantage
A foreign language would be beneficial but is not essential.
