E L Workforce is seeking an experienced draftsman for a hands-on role in our Eastern Suburbs Melbourne workshop. You will translate concepts into manufacturable drawings and collaborate with design, estimating and production teams to keep projects on track.
Key tasks include producing CAD drawings, shop drawings and cutting lists, interpreting plans, and ensuring documentation is production-ready within tight schedules. A practical, detail‐driven approach is essential.
