About the Role:
Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurse's with a passion for mentoring and educating. This position will report and be part of the Education team at ERH but you will have a key focus on our Residential Aged Care
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering comprehensive education programs
Collaborating with NUM to identify education and training needs and requirements
Facilitate coaching, mentoring and support for clinical nursing staff where appropriate
Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
Qualifications/experience required:
Current AHPRA registration as Registered nurse
Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of trainings
Post Graduate Certificate in Gerontology or Palliative Care - Desirable
