About the opportunity
The Change Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of change and training throughout related projects and initiatives across NSW Health, led by HealthShare NSW Procurement directorate.
Applicants with experience supporting large-scale supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, network model, or outsourced service (3PL/4PL) transformations are strongly encouraged to apply.
HealthShare NSW Procurement is undertaking large-scale transformation initiatives involving supply chain, logistics and service delivery change. Within your cover letter, please describe your most relevant experience leading organisational change within a complex transformation program. Include your role, stakeholder environment,
approach to adoption and training, and any experience supporting procurement, supply chain, logistics, technology, outsourcing or third-party service implementations. (Maximum 500 words)
