BWS is seeking a Marketing Specialist - CRM & Lifecycle to shape and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push and SMS. You will partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandise and Data teams to plan, deliver, measure and optimise customer journeys.
The role sits in the BWS CRM team within Endeavour Group, with cross-brand opportunities as workloads shift. You will drive traffic, engagement and conversions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
