Join National 360 as a Practice Mentor!
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist in the Geelong region. Willingness to service clients in Ballarat 1-2 days/week is preferred, but not essential.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Practice Mentor at National 360, you'll be an experienced and confident clinician who delivers high-quality, evidence-informed services while playing a valued role within our multidisciplinary team.
You'll independently manage your own caseload, using your clinical experience and professional judgement to achieve great outcomes for clients. You'll also have opportunities to share your knowledge, provide informal mentoring and peer support, contribute to team learning and service improvement, and support the development of students where appropriate.
The Practice Mentor role recognises clinicians who have developed strong capability and demonstrated sustained performance in clinical practice. It's also an opportunity to continue building your skills and experience, with development pathways available for those interested in progressing toward future clinical supervision, advanced practice or operational leadership roles.
As a Practice Mentor at National 360, you'll have the opportunity to:
Lead by example through independently managing your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality care in homes, clinics, and community settings.
Receive regular 1:1 clinical supervision from a highly experienced Clinical Supervisor.
Engage in regular professional development with structured support for career progression.
Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.




Maintain high standards of clinical practice, documentation and compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements.
Take part in many team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.
ABOUT YOU
You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
You have experience in working in community, private or acute settings.
You have AHPRA registration.
You have Australian working rights (or pending).
You have a current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
You hold, or are willing to obtain, a NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
Live within or around the Geelong region and be available to travel to Ballarat 1-2 days per week.
You have experience in the NDIS, community, private or acute space and are passionate about community-based care.
You are a strong communicator who enjoys supporting and motivating others.
