About the Role
Working in partnership with the Office Manager and WorkroomSupervisor, the Workroom Assistant Supervisor is responsible forsupporting the leadership of the Workroom and assisting in thedelivery of efficient, responsive and business-critical officeservices. The role provides day-to-day supervision (end of day) ofWorkroom operations, supports facilities management activities andensures the team delivers high-quality service to internal andexternal stakeholders.
The role combines operational expertise, team leadership,problem solving and customer service excellence to maintain servicecontinuity, drive operational effectiveness and contribute to aresilient and sustainable Workroom function which operates on-siteand externally.
About You
You are an experienced office services professional with abackground in workroom, facilities or office services, ideallygained within a professional services environment.



Experiencecoordinating workflows or providing guidance to team members willbe highly regarded.
You are customer-focused and take pride in delivering anexceptional experience to colleagues, clients and visitors.Adaptable and proactive, you can confidently manage changingpriorities while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced setting.
With excellent communication, organisation and stakeholdermanagement skills, you are known for your attention to detail,sound judgement and practical approach to problem solving. Youenjoy finding solutions, taking initiative and consistentlydelivering quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
You are also comfortable undertaking the physical aspects of therole, including setting up meeting and event spaces, managingdeliveries, handling supplies and supporting office moves, alwayswith a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Finally, you are digitally savvy, with strong Microsoft 365skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies and businesssystems that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Our Workroom team is one of the many essential business supportfunctions that help keep our offices operating efficiently andenable our lawyers to focus on delivering exceptional service toclients.
The team plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of thefirm, providing a broad range of business-critical servicesincluding document production, court filing and deliveries, meetingroom preparation, mail and courier management, office relocations,records management,



and facilities support. Their expertise,responsiveness and attention to detail help ensure the seamlessrunning of our offices and contribute to an outstanding experiencefor our clients and people.
