the Senior EDR Officer will be responsible for:Effectively managing a file portfolio of medium complexity objections utilising early dispute resolution techniques as a key tool to achieve output efficiency whilst delivering high customer service.Reviewing applications for hardship relief in line with Branch KPIs and at an appropriate level of quality.Supporting the development of efficiency initiatives to improve TARB processes, streamline work and deliver timely customer service.Who we are looking forTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in meeting quality and output performance targets in a complex legal and commercial environment with a focus early and efficient dispute resolution.The ability to interpret and apply complex legislation and legal research experienceDemonstrated experience in delivering quality customer service to taxpayers and their advisers.High level communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)How to applySubmit an application via the `Apply now' button by *****pm on Tuesday 20 October ****.
