Role Description
This full-time Associate or Senior Associate role is an on‐site position based in Brisbane, Queensland. The role involves managing a caseload of construction, insolvency, and commercial disputes, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and advice.
The successful candidate will liaise with clients, counsel, experts,



having real responsibility for matters and client relationship and contributing to strategy development for complex matters. The successful candidate will support mentoring of junior team members, and assist with business development initiatives.
Qualifications and experience
Admitted as a solicitor in Australia, with 3-5 years PQE and a current practising certificate or eligibility to obtain one in Queensland.
Demonstrated experience in litigation, preferably in construction disputes (although not required).
Strong skills in legal research, drafting, analysis, and written advocacy.
Ability to manage files, prioritise competing deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Confident client-facing skills, including clear communication, relationship building, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
