Seeking a reliable
Front End Loader / Batch Plant Operator
to join a leading Australian construction materials provider. This role splits time between heavy machinery operation, yard maintenance, and managing day-to-day concrete batching operations.
Your Day Involves:
Loader Operation:
Safely operating a front-end loader for material stockpiling and yard maintenance.
Batching & Dispatch:
Batching concrete orders to specific mix designs and allocating trucks for smooth site logistics.
Administration:
Handling essential daily plant paperwork and computer inputs.
Housekeeping:
Ensuring general yard cleanliness and basic plant maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
Mandatory:
Current, valid
Front-End Loader (LL) Ticket
(non-negotiable).
Skills:




Sound computer literacy and well-developed communication skills.
Safety & Culture:
A robust commitment to workplace safety and a motivated, team-first attitude.
Experience:
Concrete or batching industry experience is highly desirable, but full training will be provided for the right ticketed operator.
