Nearmap is seeking a Director, Regional HR Lead for AU & Poland to shape regional HR policy and drive people strategy across markets. Reporting to the CHRO, you will balance global consistency with local execution and act as the go-to partner for Australian and Polish employees and managers.
You'll lead regional programs, coach leaders on employment law in Australia and Poland, manage performance processes, and guide ESG initiatives as part of the People & Culture SLT.
