Moray & Agnew is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our leading Life Insurance litigation practice. The role offers flexibility to base location anywhere in Australia and involves handling instructions, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers and other lawyers, negotiating outcomes, and managing all stages of the litigation process.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years PAE and prior experience in defendant life insurance litigation.
